Being nervous before riding in a show is a normal feeling that most people experience, including me. But there's a way to feel less anxious. Saltine crackers are the answer to a case of jitters before a show. The bubbly, unpleasant feeling in your stomach is acidic, and eating the saltine crackers absorbs that and gives you a calm, less jumpy stomach. Eating saltine crackers is also distracting and helps relieve stress.
You can try bringing saltine crackers and eating them maybe a division before you show. I also like to talk to my friends about our courses while we're munching on saltines. Well let me know how it works! Don't forget the saltine crackers next time you go to a show!!! :)
