Swiss equestrian star Steve Guerdat is making a killing in the German show jumping competition. The Olympic veteran is unstoppable, winning two huge equestrian events in just a one month. First, the three-star event in Donaueschingen, and then, the Final Medium Tour in Donaueschingen, Germany.
The Swiss rider took his first big win this month in Germany’s Donaueschingen, where he managed to take a lead in the 1m50. In the final stage of the competition, Guerdat managed to beat competitors and took the victory aboard his friend Venard de Cerisy.
Guerdat’s next big win came from the 1m50 final Medium Tour in Donaueschingen, Germany. It was a tough fight for the Swiss rider, who finds himself competing with an equally talented equestrian Jeroen Dubbeldam. Both equestrian stars have their eyes on the prize, but in the end, it was Guerdat who took the big win.
Guerdat storms the German horse track
In the three-star horse jumping competition in Donaueschingen, Guerdat took the big win with a time of 38.55 seconds, ahead of fellow Swiss rider Martin Fuchs, who finished second in 39.90 seconds. Germany’s Jorg Naeve and Be Aperle Va took the third slot with a time of 39.81 seconds.
Dutch riders Gert Jan Bruggink aboard Quincy 230 claimed the fourth place, followed by another Dutch rider Jeroen Dubbeldam, who finished fifth aboard Roelofsen Horse Trucks Eldorado S.
Guerdat took again another victory when he stormed the brutal Final Medium Tour in Donaueschingen. Many described that event as a battle between two titans, Steve Guerdat against Dutch’s show jumping champion Jeroen Dubbeldam. Both are well-known in the world of show jumping competition. But in the end, the Swiss rider emerged victorious.
Germany’s Michael Jung and Fischersolution finished third, while fellow German rider Jorg Naeve and Hh Fleur took the fourth place. Germany’s Michael Kolz and Double Black settled for the fifth place.
