Sometimes in the evening, I like to kick back and wind down while going through the various emails I've gotten through the day. Naturally, this leads me to YouTube.
"How does that lead you to YouTube?!" Everything leads to YouTube. Trust me on this.
There are a bunch of YouTubers that I subscribe to. A bunch of DIY workshops, some makeup tutorials, even a group of funny idiots called Achievement Hunter who play video games for a living. But the other day I wanted to look up some horse lover channels, and I believe I've found the cream of the crop! So here's a look at three different YouTube channels featuring fellow riders, as well as my personal favourite videos by them!
EquiiAlly, the YouTube homepage of Ally and her horses. She edits down footage from her life and slaps it all together in a wonderful blend of action and music. Here's a short summary of her page:
"Hey, I'm Ally, 21yo Eventer/Photographer from Northern Ireland. I am very lucky to own 4 beautiful horses, Alfie, Callie, Kes & Zeke. I have youtube for a bit of fun and I hope that shows through my videos."
EddiesGun91 features the horse Boo. Much like Ally's, it's a mix of music and action that leaves your heart aflutter.
"Most of my videos are horse related, and mainly feature my horse Boo. Thanks to anyone who watches, comments and subscribes! I read all my comments and reply to as many as I can!"
Personally, I'm endeared to the fails. Everyone fails, even the showiest of us all!
Finally, we have gezzcanezz. Emma is a 24-year-old rider with horses named Murphy, Spyro, and Ellie.
The editing in this one is my favourite! I have to say, I have a weakness for soft lighting and close-ups of horse eyes.
Most of these riders have their real lives speckled in their videos if you're not interested in beautiful edits!
