Horse Lovers Sunday

Well, here we are. Just one more day of the week to talk about. What does Sunday mean to horse people? Read on to find out!

"S" is for saddle soap which you will need to clean your tack after a busy weekend at the barn riding.

"S" is for your muscles seriously hurting after that lesson you took yesterday.

"S" is for selective hearing when your instructor or trainer says anything the least bit negative about your precious equine.

"U" is for ugly. Admit it, some horses are straight up ugly. They need love too though. Never know, someone might think your horse is ugly! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder people!

"U" is for using the weather as an excuse not to ride. Too windy, too hot, too cold. Come on are you a rider or aren't you?

"U" is for understanding when to call it quits. Don't start a fight you can't win with a thousand-pound animal. Trust me, it never works!

"N" is for neat up. After your busy horsey weekend, you may need to neaten up your tack locker, tack box and or horse trailer.

"N" is for nails. Cross your fingers your horse never steps on a nail! Kiss your pretty manicured nails goodbye!

"N" is for not ready to give up on the weekend yet. You really want the weekend to be longer!

"D" is for data as in you might need to get a bigger data plan to support all the time you spend posting pictures of you and your horse on social media.

"D" is for dinner. Sunday dinner? Whose cooking it? Not you, you are staying at the barn as long as you possibly can.

"D" is for a diva. The best way to describe your chestnut mare to a non-horsey person.

"A"- Apples, Apples, Apples! A is for apples you should know that by now!

"A"- A is for already. As in already making plans for next week at the barn with your horse and barn friends.

"A" is for amazing. As in how amazing it is to have a life with horses, no matter what day of the week it is!

"Y" is for why do the weekends always have to go by so fast!

"Y" is for how you wish it was yesterday so you could have one more day at the barn.

"Y" is for the sense of yearning you will feel to want to get back to your horse as soon as you leave him!

Have A Great Week!
